Here we will be discussing about three simple steps for skin care routine that will work great for all skin types using only natural ingredients.

 

Skin Types Using Only Natural Ingredients

1. Cleanse

Cleansing is the first step of any skin care routine. Plain oats is a simple cleanser that works great for all the skin types i.e. oily, dry, combination of both or normal. Oats contain saponins which is a gentle cleansing agent and also high in antioxidants. Saponins can calm dryness and redness. It will not only cleanse your skin but also exfoliate it and make your skin baby soft. So, oats are perfect for people dealing with acne, sunburn or any other sensitive skin related issue. If your skin is oily, oats will also soak up the excess oil from your skin which is the main reason behind acne.

How to Use:

Take adequate amount of plain oats and grind it using a blender. Simply take some amount in your palm, add a little bit of water and mix it. Massage your skin with it. Rinse it when you are done. That’s it!

2. Toner

Apple cider vinegar is considered to be the best skin toner. It maintains the skin pH level, keep away bacteria and do not let the skin pores clogged.
Lemon juice and rose water are also other skin toners that can be used. The citric acid in lemon removes blemishes and lightens the skin tone. It removes any dead skin above. Whereas rose water strengthens the skin cells by regenerating the skin tissues.

3. Moisturize

The simplest and most natural way to moisturize your skin is by using coconut oil. It’s anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and moisturizing properties make it the best of all. Use a small amount of coconut oil every day before going to bed. Your skin will absorb it very quickly and you will not feel greasy at all.
